Security Damage Deposit is Refundable

Security damage deposit is refundable and is required prior to departure and covers any additional cleaning, washing, missing items, damages, and any other charges.  Deposit is payable by accepted credit card or cash.  Your deposit will be available for return no sooner than 48 hours after your return.

Reservation Deposit

Reservation deposit will be applied to the rental fee.  Reservation deposit is payable by accepted credit card, check, or cash.  Cancellation refund will either be credited to your credit card or by check within 48 hours, however, there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee and  NO refund for cancellations 21 days prior to departure, however we will allow one year to rebook.  Your insurance information is due at time of reservation and a copy is required at the time of pick up.  Units must be reserved at least 3 days in advance, not including holidays and weekends.  The total amount due for rentals must be paid before departure.

Breakdowns/Repairs

If it is necessary to have repairs made during your trip, receipts and old parts must be returned to us for reimbursement.  If repairs involve more than $50.00, you MUST have prior approval for repairs, before reimbursement will be made.  CALL 281-353-6350 or 1-800-726-7306 for assistance or approval.

Renters Age

Renters must be at least 28 years of age for motor Homes, 25 years of age for Travel Trailers and 21 years of age for Expandables and have a valid Texas drivers license.  Renter must complete and sign a Renters Information Form, and a Rental Terms and Policies Form.

Familiarization Tours

Approximately 30 minutes is required to acquaint the renter with the operation of the RV before departure.  This tour is conducted at time of pick-up.

Travel Restrictions

RVs are not permitted in Mexico.  RVs are not permitted on "logging roads", beaches or any other non-public roads.  Renter is responsible for any damage to RV regardless of circumstances.  No roof storage or use of awning allowed!!!

General Housekeeping

NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO FISH/SEAFOOD ALLOWED IN RVs.  You are subject to lose ALL or part of your security/damage deposit if there is any evidence of this in our camper.

No Towing

No towing is allowed with motor homes.

Pick-Up/Returns

Your rental starts at the time the unit is picked up, unless otherwise agreed upon.  A rental day is each day that you have the unit in your possession.  All departures and returns are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.  ALL UNITS WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 PER HOUR LATE FEE IF RETURNED LATE. PLEASE CALL OUR 24-HOUR NUMBER AND LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE LATE.

Early Returns

There will be no refunds on early returns.

Returning Camper

Cleaning fees will be charged if the unit is not returned clean on the interior and exterior.  CLEAN MEANS CLEAN ENOUGH TO SEND BACK OUT ON RENT.  All clean up will be charged at $40.00 per hour with one hour minimum.  There is a $45.00 charge for emptying holding tanks.  This includes rinsing of the tank with water and leaving the dump valves open when you return the unit so there will be no question of the unit being dumped sufficiently.  We will automatically assume that the unit has not been dumped and charge the $45.00 if the caps are not open.  Key, dishes, electrical connections, water hoses, etc.  will be charged $10.00 plus cost for replacement. We also offer a prepaid cleaning service which includes normal cleaning, inside and out, dumping and flushing the holding tanks.  Ask for details.

Refueling

Motor Home must be returned with a FULL tank of gasoline and propane.  A $25.00 plus the cost of gas and propane will be charged if not.

Violations

Lessee is responsible for paying all parking and driving violations.  Lessee is responsible for reporting all accidents.

Contingencies

Lessor's ability to provide a rental unit, if reserved, is contingent upon and subject to the return of the unit by the previous Lessee, and to accidents and other causes beyond Lessor's control.
